The Baltimore Rhythm Festival is coordinated by a small team.

The festival embraces its place as a connecting and in between space in the fabric of our city’s communities. That is why we work hard to make the festival a free event open to everyone, and invite members of our community to share their gifts in community spaces and in our drum jams.
