Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team on a contractual or stipend basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our e-commerce marketing efforts to drive online sales and brand growth. Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging and persuasive product descriptions, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content to promote our e-commerce products and enhance customer engagement.
2. Website Management: Maintain and update product listings, prices, and inventory on our e-commerce platform. Ensure product pages are optimized for search engines (SEO) and provide an excellent user experience.
3. Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, and performance tracking.
4. Social Media Management: Collaborate with the social media team to schedule and publish posts, respond to comments, and help build and engage with our online community.
5. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate regular reports to share insights with the marketing team.
6. Customer Support: Assist in addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to online orders, ensuring timely and professional responses.
7. Competitor Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide insights that inform marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WiX Store, Square Up) and content management systems.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including email marketing software, social media platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Creativity and a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
